Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to provide strategic sales support, manage client relationships, and help grow the agency’s book of business. This role involves policy servicing, account rounding, retention efforts, and risk analysis while ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients , resolving issues and offering coverage solutions.
- Manage renewals, cross-sell additional coverages, and process policy changes.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend coverage enhancements.
- Maintain high retention rates by proactively addressing client needs.
- Research and resolve customer service issues while ensuring policy accuracy.
- Support producers with account management and negotiation with carriers.
- Ensure compliance with agency SOPs, quality assurance standards, and E&O protection .
