We are seeking a skilled Controller / Assistant Controller with insurance industry experience to join our team. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from managing insurance payables and vendor payables to handling cash receipts, direct bill posting, general ledger, and month-end close processes, primarily using the EPIC system. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment and can work effectively either in the office or remotely.
- Manage insurance payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee vendor payables, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors.
- Handle receipts, reconciling payments efficiently.
- Perform direct bill posting
- Maintain the general ledger with precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize EPIC software for various financial and accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
Qualifications :
Work Environment : Hybrid work arrangement, two days in the office per week. We will consider 100% remote work for exceptional candidates.
