Our esteemed client, a leading wholesale insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of their dynamic leaders. Based in the heart of Downtown New York City, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a top-performing team in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Planning and Logistics Mastery :

Excel in planning and coordinating the executive's schedule and logistics with precision.

  • Organize and manage client-facing meetings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Client-Facing Expertise :
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, embodying professionalism on behalf of the executive.

  • Assist in orchestrating client appreciation events to strengthen client relationships.
  • Event Planning Excellence :
  • Take charge of planning diverse events, including client appreciation gatherings and internal team activities.

  • Collaborate with team members to guarantee the success of events, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Women's Network Group Support :
  • Provide strategic support for the executive's leadership of a Women's Network group boasting over 600 members.

  • Contribute actively to the planning and execution of conferences and events for the Women's Network.
  • Social Media Development :
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the team's social media presence.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to drive the success of social media initiatives.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Previous experience in planning and coordinating events.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms; contribute to the development of the team's online presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
