We are seeking a Staff Accountant, preferably with Insurance Company experience to assist the accounting team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and month end reconciliations. We are looking for someone with strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- General Ledger, Journal Entries
- Vendor Account Payables, Bank Recs
- Account Reconciliations for A / P and A / R
- Issue 1099 Forms
- Review / Pay reimbursement expenses and invoices
- Assist customers with accounting questions
