About the Role :
Our client, a national brokerage and risk management firm, seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive for their Employee Benefits team. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, developing cost-effective benefits solutions, leading enrollment initiatives, and managing diverse client relationships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Oversee a full book of Employee Benefits accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
- Relationship Building : Foster client relationships by exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality service.
- Communication : Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Marketing Strategies : Create strategies to secure competitive pricing and plan design options.
- Renewal & RFP Management : Manage RFP processes and facilitate renewals.
- Open Enrollment : Prepare Open Enrollment communications for clients’ employees.
- Broad skill set to address diverse client needs, from benefit guides to complex medical plan implementations.
- Proven ability to service Employee Benefits accounts in industries like engineering and biotech
