- Primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, facilitating bond renewals, addressing system concerns, assisting with carrier billing issues, and production reports.
- Prioritizes workload with an emphasis on customer service.
- Processes payments and delivers accurate bond documents.
- Reviews bond form language to ensure accurate renewal documents are generated.
- Assist with renewals by sending out reminders prior to system cancellation.
- Requests and maintains all necessary renewal underwriting as directed by the carrier.
- Assists with production reports and bond form maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience; prefers knowledge of bonds.
- Must have a 4-40 or 2-20 license.
