What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of the Criterion team, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities across operations, client relations, HR, and legal/contracts. Here’s a closer look at the difference you’ll make:
Operations Management
- Spearhead daily operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Constantly seek and implement process improvements for optimal workflow and peak performance.
- Work closely with our team to coordinate and monitor all operational activities.
Client Accounts and Relations
- Review SaaS invoices with precision and ensure client billing is accurate and timely.
- Take charge of client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Proactively address any account receivables, ensuring consistent cash flow and client satisfaction.
Legal & Contracts
- Oversee the preparation and review of proposals and contracts, working alongside clients to finalize deals.
- Lead contract negotiations with confidence and finesse, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle change orders, partner agreements, and NDAs with accuracy and care.
HR and Culture Initiatives
- Keep our team connected and motivated with weekly activity and monthly KPI reports.
- Support hiring and terminations with empathy and professionalism.
- Champion our team culture by organizing awards, newsletters, birthdays, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with operational software like ERP, CRM, or project management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in the HCM or ERP industry.
- Leadership experience and comfort overseeing budgets.
