Travel Physical Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at a Senior Living facility in Hazel Crest, Illinois.
About the Role:
- Determine appropriate Physical Therapy treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide high-quality patient care with a 1:1 ratio for all Medicare patients.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Illinois (or pending).
- New graduates welcome to apply.
