We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated travel Physical Therapist to join our team at an Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine Practice in Bridgeton, NJ.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients
- Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New grads with 1 clinical experience in outpatient settings considered
