Description:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at an Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine Practice in Sparta, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
- 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient settings preferred.
