- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality control processes
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
- Review and refine quality control documentation to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in quality management roles
- Strong experience with AS9100 and quality management systems
- Experience with dimensional inspection and supplier certification
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Familiarity with statistical process control and data-driven decision making
