What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, Contract position at Critical Mass?
You will :
- Highly collaborate on the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for both manual and automated testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide input on testability.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
