Our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility is located in Nashua, New Hampshire and is where we assemble and package all of our products in a clean-room environment. Critical Process cartridge, capsule and laboratory products are being used today by leading companies in the life sciences, food and beverage, healthcare, water purification and technology industries. CPF has an exciting opening in our Nashua location for a Warehouse Inventory Lead. This position is responsible for compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked. This position overseas and assists our Warehouse employee. This is a very hands-on and fast paced position.
What you will be accomplishing in our team environment:
- Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
- Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
- Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
- Maintains and oversees back-order system and inventory levels.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Counts inventory cycle.
- Verifies Work Orders and provides departments with required raw materials.
- Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2 years of experience or High School diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Works proficiently with minimal supervision and be able to provide feedback.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong math skills including basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division as well as an understanding of percentages and decimals
- Familiarity with the barcode scanner (RFID used to enter items into an inventory database with ease.
- Proficiency with an MRP Inventory System, computer databases and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail including knowledge of the location and state of each item as well as noticing product defects and flaws in records.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
