We are seeking an experienced HRIS Reporting Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing HR reports and dashboards within the UKG (formerly UltiPro) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel expertise. You’ll play a key role in delivering critical insights to HR, Payroll, Finance, and Executive Leadership through complex and ad hoc reporting.

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports and dashboards in UKG BI (Business Intelligence).
- Utilize joins, cross joins, and subqueries to create advanced reports across multiple data sources.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to define reporting needs and deliver timely, accurate outputs.
- Design dynamic dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making and operational insights.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data extracts for audits, compliance, and business requests.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all reports and dashboards.
- Assist with testing and validation of new system features and data fields.
- Maintain documentation for report logic, fields, and version history.
- Support data-driven storytelling through trend analysis and insights.
- Create EEO1 reporting for compliance and other required company reporting
- 5 years of experience in an HRIS or HR Reporting Analyst role.
- Strong expertise in UKG BI (UltiPro/UKG Pro Business Intelligence) required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.
- Proven experience writing complex SQL-style reports, including joins, cross joins, unions, platform configured fields and data aggregation.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and visual reporting tools (within or outside UKG BI, including turnover).
- Burst reports and BI alerts experience required
- Familiarity with HRIS data such as payroll, benefits, job data, compensation, and org structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience supporting system updates, implementations, or HRIS upgrades.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, auditing, and workforce analytics best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
