Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Developer with Production Support expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting in a production environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and integration with other Salesforce modules. The candidate should be able to identify and resolve issues efficiently, optimize CPQ processes, and ensure system stability.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and customize pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, approvals, and discount schedules.
Ensure seamless integration between CPQ, Billing, and other Salesforce applications.
Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages as needed.
Automate workflows using Flow, Process Builder, and other Salesforce automation tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related errors, pricing discrepancies, and configuration issues.
Support end users by addressing functional and technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues, provide solutions, and recommend best practices.
Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.
