Position Title: UI/UX Designer

Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in user interface and user experience design, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and elegant designs using Figma.
Roles & Responsibilities:
User-Centered Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces by considering market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including user research, engineering, and product management to bring design concepts to life.
Prototyping: Quickly and thoroughly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives.
Simplification: Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
Consistency: Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and design system specifications, ensuring consistent application across all products
Communication: Effectively communicate complex design concepts across various audiences and organizational levels.
Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the design and functionality of our products
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the UI/UX design field.
Participate in design review sessions, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall design strategy.
Other Specifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Proven experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
Comfortable working on technical teams and collaborating across different departments.
Ability to conduct user research and apply findings to improve designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
