What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at Critical Role?
We are currently seeking a Brand Manager to oversee our IP and franchises, including the Critical Role Core Campaigns. The Brand Manager will play a key role in the team, providing strategic direction and leading essential planning and activations across multiple platforms and initiatives.
This is an in-office role, so only candidates residing in the Los Angeles area will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Creates and executes marketing strategies for both new and existing IPs assigned to Brand Manager within the CR organization
- Leverages business acumen and a collaborative approach to craft culturally relevant, insight-driven marketing plans with clear objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs
- Leads the execution of the content and / or product marketing strategy, focusing on consumer targeting, content / product positioning, and establishing and meeting cost objectives
- Effectively communicates plans to cross-functional partners in a clear and inspiring manner to drive execution, while remaining agile and adapting to real-time business needs
- Works closely with internal and external partners to produce high-quality trailers, key assets, and promotional content that support the go-to-market strategy
- Co-authors long term brand plans with content, product, events and licensing partners
- Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure deliverables are on schedule
- Creates and maintains the overarching marketing calendar to drive alignment
- Manages advertising and promotional spend to drive ROI
- Delivers strategic plans, campaign insights, and performance updates to executive audiences several times annually
- Embodies brand perspective and voice, serving as reviewer and approver of assets and content across platforms
