We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to manage and maintain hazardous gas and chemical systems at one of our key client sites.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of systems – electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic.
- Perform daily operations including gas cylinder changes and chemical drum replacements.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance and contribute to machine setups and shutdowns in line with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients and serve as the liaison between them and our corporate office, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems preferred.
- ~3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with strong familiarity with PLC programming preferred.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and understanding electronic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
