Automotive Dealership Tag and Title Clerk

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify financial and legal documents of vehicles to process tag and title
- Process all tag and title documents through electronic vehicle registration programs and/or DMV offices
- Maintaining tags and titles for loaner fleets
- Posting all tag and title transactions and monitoring corresponding schedules
- Process and verify incoming titles accurately
- Process any needed title corrections
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, or local laws in processing titles
Requirements:
- Automotive Tag and Title Dealership experience required
- CDK DMS experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of meeting time deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
$20 - $22 hourly
