- Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping within the customer database to support automotive sales
- Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
- Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
- Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policiesQualifications
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record
