What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior MBSE Engineer (S3I) position at CRL Technologies Inc?

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding and experience with SysML MBSE modeling on Aviation platforms and complex systems
- Strong understanding of UML, DoDAF/UAF languages and frameworks
- Familiarity and experience with FVL Architecture Framework (FAF)
- Develop and improve best practices and processes used within PEO AVN
- Develop, review, and adjudicate MBSE models across the enterprise
- Experience leading IPTs and coordinating across multiple stakeholders for MBSE projects
Education: Master's Degree (desired), Bachelor's Degree (required) from an accredited college or university.
Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.
Desired Experience/Education:
- Experience with AADL.
- Master's degree (preferred in SE).
- INCOSE certification. (https://www.incose.org/)
- OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional or equivalent.
