***Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance***
This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Patuxent River, MD.
CRL provides a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support for an advanced research and development program in planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, correspondence, and documentation preparation. Complete all required personnel/cross-team coordination to accomplish this task. Provide support for all internal and external reports, data calls, and requests for information. Control and maintain database(s) of program office files. Maintain hard copy, electronic filing, and record keeping systems to facilitate retrieval and historical record maintenance as required by the customer or other pertinent entities.
Facilitate and participate in program meetings. Ensure support of accurate and detailed meeting minutes. Work closely with leadership to communicate priorities, policies, procedures, decisions, goals, and issues. Prepare and maintain reports, and statistics relate to the office or functional area. Work closely with administrative support personnel. Provide cross-functional liaison support to resolve issues/conflicts at the lowest possible level and minimize management’s involvement where possible.
Required Education: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience: Candidate must have at least ten (10) of experience in DoN Program Office environment.
Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience cannot be substituted for education.
Desired Experience:
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Candidate should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, complex security environment, and have the ability to respond to drills with a short turnaround time.
