Property Porter - Responsibilities:
The Property Porter’s main duty is to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the property for the health, safety, and enjoyment of all residents, visitors, and team members.
- Clean the office and restrooms on a daily basis.
- Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
- Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Superintendent.
- Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
- Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
- Daily duties consist of cleaning carpets, windows, community room, offices, etc.
- Perform additional duties requested by the Superintendent.
Property Porter - Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Willingness to perform required tasks and to learn and grow.
- Good safety habits.
- Good communications skills, confident, positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
