Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to live onsite to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance within commercial or multi-unit residential properties and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent education required. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property is desirable. Experience level may vary due to the special needs of the property.
Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Current license/certificate and/or specialized skills in at least one (or more) of the following building trades:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- HVAC
