Job Type Part-timeDescriptionJob Title : Resident Social Services CoordinatorJob Type : Part-time (20-25 hours per week)Job Summary : We are seeking a Resident Social Services Coordinator to provide general case management, intake, and referral services to residents in need of assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the health, psychological, and social needs of residents, developing individually tailored case plans for services, and periodically reassessing the resident's situation and needs.
