What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at CRMC Branding?
Colquitt Regional Medical Center is currently hiring a Cook. The Cook will be responsible for preparation of foods for patients, guests and staff following food production and portion control; prepares correct quantities of food to meet menu requirements; sets up trays for patient food service following posted menus, placing appropriate food on general and modified diet trays. Also responsible for cleanliness of work area and for safe and sanitary handling of food, equipment and supplies.
Ability to read, write and follow written instructions. Must have strong culinary skills and at least one year experience in a Healthcare Kitchen or Restaurant. ServSafe Certification is preferred and is required to have after the first 3 months of being hired
