What You'll Do :
- Provide direct patient care : Assist with physical assessments, administer medications, and perform wound care, venipuncture, and urinary catheterization.
- Collaborate : Work closely with a healthcare team, including Registered Nurses, to implement and support personalized care plans.
- Patient & Family Education : Teach patients and their families about disease management, medication, and how to maintain safety at home.
- Document & Report : Maintain accurate records of patient care using electronic medical record systems and report any changes in patient condition.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance : Follow infection control protocols and meet regulatory requirements.
