- Organize and maintain SharePoint files, workflows, and other key resources.
- Assist with on-site tasks and projects in our Oakland office.
- Collaborate with the team to refine existing systems and help create new organizational tools that enhance workflow.
- Engage with team members to learn and understand organizational strategies and values.
- Provide general support for day-to-day office activities as needed.
- A student or recent graduate with an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus, but not required.
- A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Oakland, CA.
- A proactive learner who seeks to understand the purpose behind tasks and contributes thoughtfully.
