Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for managing and overseeing clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, protocol adherence, and data integrity. The CRC serves as a primary liaison between study participants, investigators, and sponsors, facilitating the successful execution of clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study Management: Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Protocol Compliance: Ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Data Collection: Collect, record, and maintain study data, ensuring it is accurate and complete for reporting and analysis.
• Regulatory Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and informed consent forms.
• Participant Interaction: Engage with study participants, providing information about the study, obtaining informed consent, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Monitoring Visits: Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits and audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with investigators, study sponsors, and other team members to facilitate trial progress and communication.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and management for clinical trials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 or more years as a CRC.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions: This position may involve working in a clinical environment and interacting with patients. Some travel may be required for training or site visits.
