Call Centre / Phone Sales / Customer Care

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Phone Sales and New Customer Care representatives to join our dynamic team! As an in-office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. You are needed to provide exceptional service and support while promoting our services and solutions in pest management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in telemarketing or inside sales being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through warm and cold calling to introduce our products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Utilize PestRoutes and other software tools to manage customer interactions and sales progress.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (preferred)
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in technology sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
• Proficiency in using software applications, particularly PestRoutes, but not required as we provide training.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
