Crocker & Starr Winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley is seeking two motivated winemaking interns to join our team for the upcoming harvest season.
This role offers a unique opportunity for someone creative, adaptable, and energetic to join our tight-knit winemaking team.
You will be exposed to all sides of harvest, from viticultural practices to crushing fruit and following fermentations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a sense of curiosity, and be willing to learn all aspects of winemaking from vineyard to blending.

We focus on Bordeaux varieties grown on our estate vineyard, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fruit sampling, pest scouting, juice sample analysis
- Receiving and processing grapes
- Inoculations, fermentation tracking, punch downs/pumpovers, additions, draining and pressing, barrel maintenance & filling
- Sanitation of facility and all equipment
- Tasting & blending with winemaking team
