What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive adoption of the Crockett Way sales process to ensure consistent success.

What We’re Looking For
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a management role.
• Expertise in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the facilities management or commercial maintenance industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
