Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest relations, ensuring food safety, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
- 100% ID check before serving Alcohol
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Keep updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old
