Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and care, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Prepare soil for planting by tilling, fertilizing, and irrigating as needed.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation according to design plans.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months as required.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with retaining walls,patios,tree remova,excavation
- A willingness to learn new skills related to gardening and landscaping is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
