Bakery Manager

Join the Crofton's Pretzels team! We are in search of an experienced bakery or restaurant manager to run day-to-day activities at our new Raleigh location. This is not a franchise, you will work directly with the owner and founder of Crofton's Pretzels to run our second ever location as it opens in Raleigh.

Crofton's Pretzels is a veteran owned and operated Philly Style Soft Pretzel bakery. We fresh bake pretzels daily for retail and wholesale clients ranging from concert venues to sporting events. Our business is growing and we are expanding! We are looking for ambitious talent to join our team as we grow. We pride ourselves on high quality, delicious pretzels and a friendly bakery atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day retail operations
• Manage and oversee wholesale operations
• Train and manage assistant managers
• Train and manage staff including scheduling
• Ensure proper training and adherence to food safety protocols
• Assist in scheduling food truck for events around town
• Assist in establishing wholesale accounts

Desired Qualitifications and Attributes:

• Strong customer facing personality
• Engaged leader and manager
• Organized and capable of manage multiple large wholesale accounts including invoicing and delivery
• 2 years experience in a bakery or restaurant managerial setting
• Experience managing wholesale accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
