Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and ensuring smooth transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the daily pastry display and arrange all goods for an inviting and organized presentation.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and offer exceptional service.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, ingredients, and bakery offerings.
- Process cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, pastry display, and customer areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or cashiering preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working early hours
