What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at CROM, LLC?
The Facilities Technician (FT) will assist the efforts of CROM Facilities Manager in completing as needed repairs and remodeling as well as preventative maintenance. The FT will collaborate with The Facilities Manager to assess needs and schedule repairs within the CAPEX budget available.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management Responsibilities:
- Department/Workflow:
- Oversee key projects
- Ensure that project activities, milestones, subcontractors, and deliverables are well planned.
- Manage the quality of the work product and operations of the department.
- Perform assessments as needed to identify preventative maintenance items.
- Administrative:
- Oversee support staff as well as sub-contractors to ensure quality work that stays within budget and track productivity.
- Department/Workflow:
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities and/or Construction Management experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 30 Hour OSHA Certification
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This role is responsible for the supervision of other technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. Care should be taken to minimize impact to the daily operations.
- Extended work hours including weekends may be required to meet project deadlines.
