s.The Crew Lead is responsible for supervising and directing a fencing crew (3 people) to ensure high-quality and efficient installation of fencing projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills. The Crew Lead serves as the primary on-site representative of the company, ensuring that projects are completed to company standards and customer expectation

Qualifications &

• SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in fence installation or construction lead
• ership.Strong understanding of fence installation techniques, tools, and mat
• erials.Ability to read and interpret project plans and blue
• prints.Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising small
• teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced envir
• onment.Strong verbal communication and customer service
• skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving
• record.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather cond

itions.
Preferred Qualif

• icationsPrior experience as a Crew Lead or Foreman in the fencing or construction i
