Finance Assistant
Position Overview
Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an individual to provide support in our finance department at our Little Rock location. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC would be considered advantageous. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.
What to Expect
This position is best suited for an individual who can efficiently function as part of a team as well as independently, can multi-task, and can remain organized. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are used daily. Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC is a plus.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Data analysis
- Assist the finance team
- Run accounting reports
- Aid with the payroll process
- Monitor company credit card(s) activity
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors in Accounting
