Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager and Owner ensuring that the service department meets all financial & KPI oriented goals.
- Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
- Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
- Establishing promotional service prices
- Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
- Manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters
Automotive Service Manager Requirements
- Nissan certification is highly preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with proven KPI
- Proven supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
- We are a drug free environment
- 2-5 years experience in the role
- Valid drivers license required
