As Account Director, you relish being a key member of the Account Service team, working collaboratively with creatives, strategists, and other colleagues across departments to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns for brands. You'll have spent time in marketing / advertising agencies, but, most importantly, it's your can-do attitude and approach we're interested in.
Beyond this, you are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done - great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the team organized and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Director is responsible for supervising their account teams and their resources. Central to the Account Director's responsibility is ensuring the highest quality work and training the account team in this regard. The individual is responsible for the development of ongoing business on their accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead by example; demonstrate the agency's superior account service standards.
- Champion the department and strive to keep the bar high for the department's and agency's work and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other agency departments. Champion and foster agency integration. Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and relationships.
- Business Leadership
- Identify opportunities to grow existing business and oversee the development of business / marketing strategy for the client(s).
- Seek opportunities to leverage the agency's capabilities in solving client business challenges.
- Client Management
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to provide senior-level strategic insights.
- Engage with mid- to senior-level clients and continue ongoing relationship development.
- Look for and act upon opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
