What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at Cronin Auto Family of Dealerships?
The Service Courtesy Van Driver picks up/drops off customers for the dealership.
We are seeking a part time service courtesy driver for a couple days a week -- Hours are 7:30a - 5:30p
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver and pick up customers in a prompt and polite manner.
- Individual must be organized and knowledgeable of the Northwest Ohio driving area
- Clean the van each night.
- Keep log of daily deliveries
- May pick up parts occasionally
- Turn in all paperwork and your papers and keys nightly to the Service Manager.
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the service department and the courtesy van.
- Be responsible for the basic upkeep of the courtesy transport vehicle
- Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier.
- Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager or Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable safe driving record.
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers and other contacts.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
