On-call/Part-time House Managers

We are looking for motivated, attentive and patient employees that work well with adult residents (21-older) that struggle with substance use disorders and mental health concerns in a 44 bed board and lodging facility. We strive to be the cleanest and safest board and lodging facility in Minnesota and we are located in Rochester, MN. Employees are confident in preparing meals, passing out medications and enforcing rules. We have provided quality services since 1980. We would like an individual that is comfortable with the weekend overnight (10pm-6am) Friday and Saturday shift. We are an Abstience Based facility.

Candidates must be experienced with:

• managing rules and expectations
• and provide direction for those individuals/residents that are seeking outside services to improve the quality of their life and become independent from the struggles of their affliction
• dispensing and documenting medications as prepared by RN
• must possess a minimum of a High School diploma, preferably an Associates of Art degree in Human services
• current driver’s license
• healthy lifestyle free from chemical abuse
• the ability to work independently, however actively supports the full staff in all responsibilities
• assist with light housekeeping as necessary
• assist other staff, periodically, in food preparation/cooking and serving of the client served meal
• must possess strong communication and problem solving skills
• ability to multi-task is a key quality we look for in a successful candidate
• candidates will be required to pass a detailed background check with the State of Minnesota
• we provide an orientation to guide the new employee to become confident with the position
• all shifts will be available for coverage. We provide 24 hour coverage and have 3 eight hour shifts
