Job Summary:
As a B2B Sales Representative for Southwestern Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors in the region. Your primary goal will be to promote our products, expand our market presence, and achieve sales targets. You will play a vital role in representing Crooked Creek Distillery and ensuring our partners receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Southwestern PA region, including bars, restaurants, and retail establishments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the distribution of Crooked Creek Distillery products.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase our offerings and educate clients about our craft spirits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities and results.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of craft spirits and the beverage industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
