Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the tasting room, ensuring exceptional customer service and an engaging experience for all visitors.
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service associciates, providing training, support, and performance feedback to enhance service quality.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including tastings, tours, private parties, and special occasions that promote our brand and products.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest engagement, increase visitation, and elevate the overall tasting room experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight upcoming events and offerings.
- Monitor customer feedback and adapt services to continually improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory of tasting room merchandise and ensure all products are presented attractively.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners to enhance event offerings and community involvement.
- Prepare reports on event outcomes and customer experience metrics to inform future initiatives and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events of various scales, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to enhance the tasting room experience.
- Familiarity with the spirits or beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate events and peak tasting room hours.
- Proficiency in technology and software for event management and customer engagement.
