Job Summary :
Crooked is hiring for a Digital Producer in the Video department reporting to Senior Director of Digital Growth. This role will focus on leading rapid response production of video content for a variety of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This role will be primarily based on-site in our Los Angeles studios, and will work Monday-Friday in the office. We are ideally looking for Los Angeles based candidates, or candidates willing to relocate before the start date. In addition, Crooked requires all employees to provide proof of full vaccination and booster to combat the spread of Covid-19.
How You'll Spend Your Time :
Produce and Edit Shortform Rapid Response Content for Digital Platforms
- Work with Crooked talent to conceive and strategize shortform videos reacting to or explaining breaking news events
- Capture or assist talent in self-capturing content
- Gather images, b-roll, and other assets to be utilized in the edit
- Directly edit pieces for quick turnaround release
Create clips from Crooked's popular podcasts
Work with the Video Optimization Specialist and social media team to upload and publish video content

What You'll Bring To The Table :
When we open up a position, we conduct a market analysis to ensure we have the most up-to-date data. Once we're ready to extend an offer, we look at the individual's years of relevant experience and other compensable factors to determine a competitive offer. And for this role, the salary is $90,000 and is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America East Collective Bargaining Agreement.
