Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Impact: Plan, organize, and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with clients, engineers, and superintendents to review project plans and align them with project goals.
- Drive Success: Lead project meetings to communicate objectives, milestones, and expectations, keeping everyone on track.
- Stay Ahead: Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Problem Solver: Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on course.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure top-notch workmanship and safety compliance.
- Report and Reflect: Prepare and submit detailed project reports to clients and senior management.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
- OSHA certification and a commitment to safety best practices.
