Trimmer

Crop Chop LLC is looking for Post-Harvest Associates to join our fun and hardworking team. Please note, for a full time position, longer distance commuting (1hr to 1hr 45 min.) 2-3 times a week, and reliable transportation is mandatory. This position REQUIRES commuting to Lansing, Flint, Ann Arbor, and Metro Detroit. Please do not apply if you are unable to commute.

Applicants must be available a minimum of three days a week.

What we are looking for:

• A motivated and hardworking person with their own means of transportation.
• Must be eager to work in the cannabis industry
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test (THC excluded).
• Must have a great attitude and be a team player.
• Must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.
• Must be extremely quick at working with hands
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be mature, laid back, and drama free
• Must be able to follow directions
• Trimming experience is preferred
• Part time candidates must be available 3 days a week, M-F
• Full time, must be available M-F 8am-6pm.
• Must be willing to commute 60-90 minutes to work

• $15 an hour with 6 month incremental raises based on productivity

Responsibilities:

• Defoliating, transplanting and spraying plants
• Trimming and manicuring finished product
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
