What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Operator position at Crosby Energy Services, Inc.?
- Responsible for starting and stopping of all station equipment, Dehydration operations and maintenance, and Maximize field compression efficiently
- Perform routine startup/shutdown of compressors
- Ability to gather readings from compressors
- Perform pigging operations as needed along with proper documentation and procedures
- Manage inventory at assigned sites regarding: Glycol, Methanol, Condensate, Produced Water
- Monitor pipeline balances, estimate and/or calculate flow rates and total volumes.
- Obtain data from electronic flow measurement (EFM) devices or Scada System (ELynx)
- Responsible for pipeline maintenance and monitoring including protection, corrosion monitoring, pipeline pigging, pressure maintenance, loss gas, line repairs, etc.
- Understanding of PLC’s and their functions, flow and temperatures and BTEX units
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DEHYDRATION UNITS
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company.
