Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on automated systems, including PLCs, HMI’s, and SCADA systems. Demonstrates the ability to independently seek out information and resources to effectively solve problems.

Installation & Configuration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new and existing automation equipment and systems.

System Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, maintenance activities, and technical specifications.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and training for operators and other staff. Will always work as a team. Contributes positively to the productivity of the crew, helping to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Training: Provide training and support for operators and junior technicians on automated systems and processes as required.

Working Hours: Willing to work 40 to 60 hours a week as well as provide on-call support when assigned. Works with limited to no supervision and manages daily paperwork. (field tickets, time sheets and Jobsite Safety Analyses)

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance automation capabilities and operational efficiency. Exhibits persistence and overcomes obstacles while seeking increased responsibilities.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, ensuring that all automation systems meet relevant guidelines and industry best practices. Always report unsafe conditions.
